Rates

The listed rates do not include Tennessee tax of 14.25%.

Peak Season (May 1st-Oct 31st)
     -One floor $135.00 per day (three night min.)
     -One floor $785.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)
     -Both floors $245.00 per day (three night min.)
     -Both floors $1,460.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)


Off Season (November 1st to April 30th)
     -One floor $90.00 per day (three night min.)
     -One floor $540.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)
     -Both floors $170.00 per day (three night min.)
     -Both floors $1,020.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)


 Security deposit
     -$200 must be received with rent check
     -Will be returned within two weeks of check out as long as there is no damage
       done to the property other than normal wear and tear.

     -Reservation will not be guaranteed until payment is received.
